I wouldn't think so. Getting online would be the last thing on my mind. North Conway is beautiful all along the White River and I think I remember the waterfall that he is referring to and that area is beyond words.

Good luck man, hope it all went great
WOO good luck... or congrats?
Yeah, goodluck/congrats/better luck next time lol kidding, hope you had a great day and night ;)
Hehe, thanks for all the kind words guys. Sorry I couldn't respond sooner 8).
She said yes. Woot! Burst out crying, but somewhere in there I swear I heard a yes. Lol, jk, hehe.
The waterfall was amazing. Arethusa Falls for those interested. About 1.5 mile hike uphill, except it was entirely covered in snow. The trail was packed down from those who ski/hike up the trail then ski down, but there was 2-8' of snow in parts. The trail was very narrow in places, and she fell and got sunk into the snow on multiple occasions. I did once on the way going down but let's keep that quiet. :D. It was all uphill and quite difficult, but I had plenty of motivation. To put how deep the snow was there were two walking bridges and the snow came up to the railing on each of them. Thank god it was packed down.
The waterfall was frozen when we got there, completely. But we got to walk around the base of it where you never would have gotten if it was melted. The thing was amazing. Like a humongous glacier. Completely freaking beautiful, and we had it all to ourselves.
So ya, that's the story. And, sorry I couldn't respond sooner for those wondering, but, I, um, couldn't,.
Here are some pictures from the hike. Sorry they aren't any better, but I could not focus on pictures with everything else going on in my head. By the time we hit the waterfall they were shaking so its the best I could do. Not to mention it was very cold, but refreshing.
Parking lot sign.
Sign that was partially up the trail.
Random spot when taking a breather.
Frozen waterfall. Very tall, perspective kinda hides that.
Perspective still off but hopefully this helps. She is about 25-30' away from me, and the falls another 75-100' from her from what I figured. Everything we are standing on and all that snow would just be a pool of water if it was warmer. And she is about 5'5", so its very tall, seeing as I was on much lower ground than her.
I told imageshack to resize but I guess it was trying to keep the aspect of the picture. As I couldn't get everything from where I was without holding the camera sideways.
Very Cool, and Congrats!!!
Congrats man, and I wish you the best of luck! From that picture and how you react I can tell she's worth it.
Congrats. Been up there just as nice in the summer too.
Ya, it really was beautiful. She likes hiking and loves waterfalls so after a few months of thinking and pondering it seemed like the perfect place.
It really was a trial for me, as with the bar in my chest I get a lot of pains and extremely winded just walking around a mall for 15 minutes, nonetheless a 1.5 mile hike up part of a mountain through snow, then another 1.5 miles back down. I was motivated though, and even though it hurt like a biatch after and I was completely out of breath/energy, I just took some ibuprofen and was good to go for dinner and such. Putting myself through a trial, and coming out the other end, made it even more special/important to me.
Surgery to take the bar out is in July (2 years with this bad boy =) ), and though it should go fine, its a metal bar above my heart and lungs . . . I really needed her to know how I felt before I went through that again. It's been four years with her, and she needed to know that.
Thanks guys! Means a lot to me. And she laughed her ass off about some of the comments hehe.
