I ordered some laser pointers, and it was at least a month before they shipped. They did bill me, though.

They say that they cancel all orders with laser pointers over 5mW, going to the US (I had mine shipped to CHIMAERA, who then forwarded it to me).

Weird. I've made I think 4 orders from them (the last one over $100), and never had a problem.
