how many hours of sleep do you get a night

I shoot for 24 hours, but usually only get 6

Technically I don't get any sleep at night, since I work nights :P..... and Luke, I feel your pain. Imagine being in a house full of kids that don't understand the concept of working nights....

I voted for 8. I sometimes stay up late, but I also get to sleep in quite a bit.

it depends, weekdays 6-8 hours. weekends about 12 or more.

its critically important you get them on a good sleep schedule though.


lol gets better after about 1 year. year 2 is fun.

can't tell you about 3 years yet though.

4-6 hours a night w/ a midday nap

Varies from 3 to 15 so very irregular and occasionally none so can't put a firm number on it for the poll :D.

5-6 hours :S

Last night: slightly less than 3 hours.
