Re: Any one here suffer from sleep disorders?
My ex told me this story; back when I was really sick, I had a pillbox, with partitions for each day of the week. Apparently I woke up one night, went to the bathroom, and started making a mess. When she got up to ask me what was happening, I said "The pills! I've only sorted out for 7 days! What about the 8th day?" She immediately realized I was out of it, convinced me that she'd sort out the 8th day in the morning, and got me back to bed. I remember none of it.

I talk lots in my sleep, grind my teeth, thrash about.
Apparently I was talking about an ex girlfriend a few days ago.
I don't sleepwalk, but apparently I sleep-sex. I've managed it without waking up, and I've also come onto someone in my sleep before (who was sleeping in the same bed).
She wasn't happy :dead:

yeah have an appointment to see my dentist about it. It's mainly jaw clenching so so far I've been told there's no real tooth damage (i've got good teeth!) but it's really messed with my jaw since I was 18
