First thing that stuck out to me was your 2 rear exhaust fan holes. They just look REALLY restrictive on air flow... The whole front intake fan hole can be cut out too since it won't be seen. That is just my thoughts.

Yeah I'm aware of that problem, but I also have a problem: no dremel =(. Sad thing is, my dad's a mechanic and owns his own shop and has end-less air tools. Only thing is, he lives 45 min away, and with my schedual, school mon-thurs. and work mon-sat., it's a lil difficult to get out that way very often other than to visit or the occasional "dad, my wallet is hurtin'" trip :p
