Re: Project: Paradise Lost
The left panel is on the way. The goo....
Painted black, started red.
Red done.
Things that glow.
Fan and grill mounted.
I did some more gooey on the trim.
The rest are the "Nearly Complete" pics. There's still some touch up painting to do, but as you can see I did add a little color to the handle.
I still have to add the plexi too.
Re: Project: Paradise Lost
While I wait for a solution to R2 not working, I decided to put the system I was going to use for the Kaypro into Paradise Lost.
The copper stand offs were fun looking for. 3 different sizes!
Jackpot!!
Go figure I only have one stick of 128MB PC2100 for this system. Pictured is a 1GB stick that doesn't work.....
Before I start I wear gloves. I don't want to risk getting any residue from my fingers on the motherboard.
Here's my cabling.
And my 80GB Maxtor
Before mounting the motherboard I realized that the case doesn't have a hole for this screw area. I could cut one, but I'm confident that I won't actually need one there.
Here's the building process. PSU First.
Then the rest
Here's where that screwless hole is. That sounds perverted.
And the rest.
I still have to put in the window.
Re: Project: Paradise Lost
I finished the window. Here's what I used.
I cut it to fit.
And stuck it on.
And it's done.
