+ rep for the Fantastic Mod! I like the front the way it is, but thats just me.
and some night shots with the front panel installed
i was orriginaly going to put the stripes on the front too with a black frame arround the radio active sign but when i measured it all out i couldent get the stripes from the main body and the stripes on the front to line up and not look messed up.
apparently there is some kind of glow in the dark paint i can get from crappy tire. currently im thinking some kind of warning label like Froop said but in Russian text. i kind of like it just simple and black but it kinda seems too plain that way.

so i have 2 more of these boxes at home. trying to come up with ideas to mod the others.
did you you acquire these from work? It looked pretty large for Best Buy to be selling it. I need to acquire one for my entertainment system but not sure about the best place to get one cheap would be. Any suggestions?
ya i got all of these from my work. the batteries were toast on all of these units so they were being scrapped. i deceided to take them home and put new batteries in them. its a little expensive at 70 or so $ per battery and 2 batterys per box but they really make sure your stuff dosent get power spiked or shut off improperly when you have a power outage. you can get ups's from best buy but you will likely pay top dollar for them. you may concider going to a computer recycler in your city (if they have one) grabbing a ups from there for cheap and replaceing the batteries yoursef.
