Re: New Members' Introductory Thread
Hello, I have just joined TBCS after a long time watching quietly from the sidelines. I have made one mod myself (mostly a paint job). Ill try and post some picture of it tomorrow, it's getting pretty late now. I am planning another mod.. more on that later...
So hello, goodbye.

Re: New Members' Introductory Thread
Hello everyone.
I've been building PCs for years, but I'm new to modding. I've been seeking out forums to help me get started towards my goal of building my next PC into a fire extinguisher housing.
Hopefully this will be a mutually helpful excursion.

Welcome! Your English is better than some of us Americans! And thanks for the tip about your IP address, we do notice those irregularities so we will know to ignore it in your case. Make yourself at home.

Re: New Members' Introductory Thread
Hey guys, I know I've been posting around a little bit, but I haven't properly introduced me yet =P I'm Carlos from Chile (that's South America) and I'm one of the webmasters at Hardmodding.net an international spanish modding community.
I've been looking these forums (TBCS) ever since I saw Paul Capello's F-117 in a local newspaper, I was like "Omg! what an amazing creation!" and I ended up here :D
Currently I'm building a case mod soon to be posted, haven't finished yet, i'm missing some details but, as soon as I get some free time from work i'll post my entire worklog and finish what's left to do ;)

Re: New Members' Introductory Thread
Hey all,
I'm Spidy and I'm in the middle of a project right now. I'm making a Cookie Monster computer case for my g/f. I just got all the parts and will start on it tomorrow morning, so I should probably start documenting and let you all see it. I will have some questions about certain things so please keep yourself updated on the Work Log.

Re: New Members' Introductory Thread
Hi, I belong from India and the eagerness to enhance my skills on the techniques of working with photos has brought me here. Ever since I learned about the programs with the help of which ordinary or dull looking photos can be transformed to graceful creations the passion to get involved in this art was there for me and am determined to gather the necessary expertise to do these all by myself, I hope to learn a lot of things from this community. Thanks.

Re: New Members Introductory Thread
ok, i've been around for a while (back before the forum got a face lift), but never an active poster, so i figured i might as well post here. the Doom 3 case is what made me join the forums and inspired case modding. the first case mod i did (i think my friend [guitar.child] and i may have posted pics about two years ago) was mounting a 12" desk fan on the side of my friend's old steel RaidMax case. my current rig is in the Your Mods section, check it out if you haven't already.

Black and Blue Lian Li
I'm new here and wanted to post a couple of pix of my latest build (still in progress): a simple black and blue Lian Li. Its got a liquid cooled Q6600 running at 3.6MHz D-Tek CPU Waterblock (w/ Fesser Black/UV fluid) an ATI 4850 w/ EK VGA Waterblock
Wiring still needs to be cleaned up, but it passes the leak test :-)

Re: New Members Introductory Thread
Hi,
New here (obviously), was just scanning around for interesting stuff whilst waiting for files to copy over at work, and found a couple of really interesting threads I wanted to follow, looking forward to seeing how they progress.
If I ever get round to upgrading my system again, I think a mod may be in order and this site is a wealth of useful info.

Re: New Members Introductory Thread
Hello everyone. I have had a growing interest in case modding over the past few years and have recently decided to get started on my first one. I bought an El Diablo case, and am saving up money until I can decide what all I want to make.

Re: New Members Introductory Thread
I googled for an answer on whether or not I could tie a D-Link EBR 2310 wired router to a WBR 1310 D-Link wireless router to feed separate PCs. When I did so it gave me a choice of one of the postings on your site. I am 61 years old and currently reside in a County nursing home in NYS. I worked in radio communications all my life and have had PCs since 1980. I just received a grant from a local foundation to install wireless access in much of the 500,000 ft.² of this facility. The maintenance staff and/or electricians will install it & I will be monitoring and assisting residents to tie in to it as they buy PCs for themselves. I have worked in public safety communications all my life and because I have owned about 20 PCs since my first Commodore Vic 20, I thought I might be able to help someone else from time to time.
