i got a huge concern though, and your not gonna like it.
thoose passive rads are made from alu, and when in contact with all the copper elements in your system it will end in tears:(
the idea is cool as hell, but the radiators wont do you much good (they arent that effecient, and are not gonna do the biggest difference on a hotheaded core i7!)
the 120.3 will give you sufficient cooling for the i7, but if you are going to cool the 2 260´s then i would suggest more radiator power.
oh, and you wont need that ram cooler:P
i can only say good for that cpu block though. if you want something a liiittle better, then go for a heatkiller 3.0 full copper version. thats the best waterblock outhere.
