Anyone else notice the sniper scope reflections? Its kind of strange when you're in a tunnel and theres a highly reflective scope. From what i've discerned you only see it when the sniper has his scope up and pointed roughly at you. It definatly helps with super campers who never scope out..
ya I noticed it. I played for about 30 mins until some assclown kept tking me for sniping. I mean, come on. I'm on defense, in a nice spot picking off the attackers one by one. This dink comes out of nowhere and tks me over and over then rants about how snipers are useless. In the meantime I was 10/1 and he was 2/8 :facepalm: :rolleyes:
Lol.... that right there? is a cod n00b playing on hisfriend's/brother's/dad's pc... go back to your xbox... I love the new sniping dynamic, Just unlocked my first real sniper, and got the 12 x scope for it.
Well... after 12 hours of downloading I got... 1GB done :( 2GB and change to go...

I HATE THIS ORIGIN BETA DOWNLOAD CLIENT!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was at 54% and it effed up and now I have to REDOWNLOAD the game again.... Took me almost 2 days to get that 54%.
Ok... so is anyone else having the issue of not being able to join any servers? they keep saying that they are full... when they aren't listed as full. And, when I do the quick match option, it will give me a slot on one of the servers that won't let me sign on to manually, but then the game freezes and never connects to the server. Grrr. stupid beta.

something stupid like that. i wish they would just dump the battle log through the web browser and run the game separate from origin. I want to launch through steam so i can use chat with people. and origin chat is glitchy and broken as hell. every time i tried to use it i had to deal with lines streaking across my monitor for 15 seconds before i could access it...

we gotta get a squad together, i only played the beta for a half hour or so, haven't been much into battlefield, so i need to learn the controls, but i preordered it a while back. im picking it up at midnight release! :banana: lets go team!

i don't know, but i need to join the platoon if there is already one made. i get my copy at midnight!@ :banana: best part is, playing the beta made me feel like i was at war, i can't wait to max the settings, should be no problem with my setup! :whistler:
So apparently people have been getting emails about the game being released on the 24th instead and right now when I start up BF3 it says the game will be unlocked at 9pm pst so I really hope it's true. *crosses fingers*
I contacted support about the email and they said it was a mistake, but I too just checked and its telling me Oct. 24th 23:00 CST! So maybe! :D
It doesn't look like battlelog kept anything so I will be sending out Platoon info for TBCS as soon as I can.

I can't play until I get Maximum Security done :( I put my 6870 in it and the 5850 that I'm using now doesn't work well with the catalyst drivers I'm using. It tells me to upgrade to 11.7 or higher, but I can't. If I uninstall the current ones then try to install the new ones, it won't install the display driver! :facepalm: I tried playing and was in for about a minute and the game just quit. No error or anything, just quit. Ah well. More incentive to get MS done :D
