Just buy HL2. It comes with it, and you get HL2, HL2 Deathmatch, CS:S, Lost Coast, and maybe HL:S. It's like $30.

hey jw, somebody who's played both 2142 and 2, which battlefield is better as in more players less bugs, vista compatible/usable? im using bf2142 right now but its my bro's copy so i might buy another of 2142 of one of 2, sorry for the jack lol.
other than that im all in for 2142, not cs though, dont have it or HL. paraniod parents but im working no them, got a painball gun:p lol wow i just can tstay ontopic lol

No zombies, but there's blood. No gore either, if by gore you mean guts and dismemberment.
that all depends on what plugins the server you are playing on uses. i have seen both zombie and gore mods, which quite frankly suck. the zombie servers take forever to load and the gore mods just look stupid, so no real point in mentioning either except for the fact that someone wanted to know.Quote:

Hey guys, i know you're going to hate me for this but I think i'm going to have to bail out on you tonight. My exams start next Tuesday, and my life just seems to keep getting busier, so i haven't got the time to set up a server for CS:S or play a decent length game. If someone else wants to set up a server, i might be able to drop in for a half hour, but i'm afraid that's the best i could manage. :(
