Case Mod Themes

I would still love to see a Alligator Mod:

Media Center Server.

Pinball Machine PC w/Plasma Screen.

Living PC

TRON!!
blade runner
homestar runner (or strongbad)

Hustler

How about a zepplin or a blimp mod. It could float above your desk with all the wires hanging down. It might take a lot of helium to lift up a computer though. You might need a blimp the size of a small car to do the trick.

Who needs helium when you could suspend the whole system with fishing line (think spiderwire) from the ceiling?

This would be a bitchin project. +rep for the idea!

Here's an idea that would relatively easy to do: A dial clock in the side of a case. Or if you wanted to, you could get 24 smaller dial clocks and have them set to each time zone.

Do you mean analog clock? At first I thought you were talking about those old phones with the spinning number wheel.

That would be Kewl! I know what you mean.
Would be even cooler if someone made a Earth Case with all the Time zone clocks:

It would fit four or More mobo's . .in there and have it on a round table for some LAN gaming action.
. . Even sink some LCD Screens in there, if ya wanted.

If I was doing it I'd even put a little space station on there somewhere. :D

thinking on doing somehitng based around the peacekeepers from farscape... most likly using the red part peacekeeper symbol as a res for water cooling.. don't really know still kinda building on the idea though..

I just thought of a great idea. .

You do I painting of a Vehicle or anything they sell a model of.
Like a Airplane, or Car and you cut the model in half or kaddie corner
. .and make half a painting and half protruding.

. .You could even put motors in for spinning wheels, Prop, Turret, Ect. .

Metal Gear. The original 8 bit Nintendo game, not the new stuff.

That would be bitchin.

Sitting Buddha - this is on my project list

Computer as wall Art - also on my list ... probably a flat thin plexiglas case with all the bits inside and funky lighting that you hang on the wall behind your desk

HALO. I saw the 360 that the one dude did, but I haven't seen a single halo inspired PC mod. Ever. Maybe once we're settled and the USMC case is done, I should take it upon myself to remedy that.

a MINI computer... think about it, custom build an uber small chasis, use a mini itx mobo, hehe would be awesome.... even use like a 7" lcd as your monitor, it would be funny to see people reaction when you actually booted it up.

(even make a tiiiiiiiinnyyyyyy mouse even if it is cosmetic)

I always thought of Resident Evil...I know its been said would be cool. But you could go all out and do something related like a bio-hazard theme. You could even make it keep test tubes cold. Like those briefcases for specimen/saples.
I think I have an idea for my ammo can. But I haven't finished my first mod yet.

I don't know if either of these have been said yet (read through, but not too thoroughly, lotsa schtuff here), buuuuut:

Tool

Rammstein (still want to use that idea I had)

Command and Conquer (screenshots/movie clips would be great painted or posters-stuck-on-the-side kind of thingy)

Origami

MechWarrior/BattleTech themed...

Crappy Hospital Foam Cup (You know what I'm talking about, weird lines going all over...)
