i remember those days. not that i had to worry about it, but a dude i worked with was always talking about having to get the latest and greatest card just to play his games at medium settings. also about the troubles ati had with their drivers.

It's gonna need a few more watts than that.. and you really can't hear it outside the car, you get in the car that is a different story. Sound deadening material makes all the difference.
