I while back I found a tutorial that shows you how you can create a stealth drive and not have to rewire a new button placed somewhere else on the tower. They used a small square piece under the cover plate over the eject button. Here is the link ----------> Lego Stealth Drive.

Lego Stealth Drive.
Thats what I believe he was saying. To parallel the existing button or like I said to create a actuator through the panel.
Re: Cherry wood Case with water cooling
I took the day off and started out to build my new router table and fence. New miter trough.
A test form for the table lift.
Holes to hold the new router fence
It took a couple of hours to build this fence. Once it was built I used its accuracy to cut the miter trough.
That's my daughter helping out put the miter trough in place and yes it fits like a glove.
Once it was anchored it tested satisfactory.
Daylight began to leave us so all the work stopped, but not before we started to cut the new plate in.
The old router table was removed from the frame and the new was secured to it. Now I will take and complete the router lift insert and its a new router table. I will use the old one on the table saw for additional router setup. I did all this to clear my mind and get back to that I need to do and that is finish the computer case. I will be able to use this more accurate fence for better cuts and alignments.
