I'm planning on buying a powered SATA -> USB adapter kit similar to this and installing my 1TB Green in a formerly-hotswappable drive enclosure from a DEC AlphaServer, using that as an external drive. No problem at all: just buy one of those gadgets and build/adapt your own case.
