You should do the lights on top like this:
You would just need some colored film and alternating LED's
i hate to say it but i disagree with both... i figure the stripe should go fro front to back...... or the basic chassis black... the drive holder white and the side panels white..... would be alot more authentic.... to the police car anyways...

Handcuffs look cool, and I think the wider stripe is better.
Wider Stripe with the Handcuffs wins by a longshot. I'm about to start painting, but first I need to know: What color do I paint the inside? I thought maybe white, but what do you think?
