The safest way to make sure you guys point out the right person would be to (in IE - I'm sure you can convert for other browsers) right-click on the name of the spammer, then "copy shortcut" - paste THAT link in here - then we can click on the link which will take us to the profile of the spammer - it is then very easy for us to check all the posts made by the spammer and make a proper decision...

That u= number is utterly unique to the person and should totally eradicate any misunderstandings....

Typical spammer setup. They think copy/pasting some stuff in the fields will keep the moderators from thinking they're a spammer.
