I'd get to painting the Dirk-Toothed panel in the new machine, too. Something about that bothers me. Looks good otherwise, though.

Coming along nicely mate. Keep up the good work, nice gear you got there.
Well the Dremel Girlfriend's Father has doesn't have a good enough cutting bit to get through the metal. Anyone recommend a specific type of Dremel accessory to cut metal with? I've used Sabertooth Bits before, kinda like a drill bit but allows you to cut laterally, and it worked amazingly on plastic and fiberglass, but I don't remember if I used it on metal.
Should I go with that, a reinfoced disk, a metal disk, or something else?
Reinforced disks are probably your best (cheapest) bet. :)
Yeah the reinforced disks work great. Or a jigsaw if it is for straight cuts.
diamond cutting disc... expensive but apparently last forever
But they are easy to snap. Break one of them and it wont matter if you are wearing eye protection.
there metal.... lol like the metal based ones..
They are still easy to snap. I brought a set and took a chunk out of my arm.
well that was silly :)
