i think the aero flower cpu cooler from zalman is an awesome air cooler and works nearly as well as water cooling. for aesthetics, the aero flower wins!

Hey, well, i just think using an aero cooler will improve air circulation on case helping to cool down the temps. Also, it is really beautifull and huge and silent.
If i won some WC solutions from CM contest iŽll do another project cooling down everything with water !
Thanks !

Cool, dude! Very creative reservoir and top-piece. I like the mod so far, but wonder if you may have a bit too many colors going on in there. Just my opinion, still a great mod!

Thanks for ur kindly coment jdbnsn,
I'll do an airbrush job yet. Will paint the front panels tools with yellow and case body with a metal cotè paint, aluminium polished, natural shadows, titanium white, yellow ocre...
The cable sleeving iŽll do will contribute for color correction.
The colors will fit at the end of work, at this moment, it is like a mess of colors witch no sense at all.
glad you aproved the alien pieces.

WARNING!!!!! do this at your own risk! if you do try this obviously make sure the can is empty. when drilling into the can do it ONLY in the bottem center. and when drilling put the airbrush adaptor on and leave the hose open to the air. but more so where FULL protection, gloves, eye, apron, and a mask. i learned my lesson the hard way. they put a chemical called "Allyl Isothiocyanate" aka mustard oil inside. this chemical BURNS!!! alot and fast. when i was drilling into the can it started smelling funky and very unpleasant. i did this inside, which i do not recommend. if you get this stuff on you then use water to get it off. i ran to the tap and washed it off with water, cold water. it seemed to do the trick. i got it on my hand and neck. it left a red rash for an hour or so. if you attempt to do this i would place the can unside down. i washed the rest of the stuff inside the can with water. i then took the grill off my small bbq and placed the can on top and wrapped the top with the plastic valve with wet paper towel. i attempted to boil off the rest of the water so the can doesn't rust. i got most out but not all.
pictures
use teflon tape if you try it for the air compressor fitting. make sure not to over tighten as the metal is thin and can easily strip the thread.
those purple spots are from the mustard oil. i'm not sure if thats the colour of it or it reacting to the paint. but now that i really think of it i don't think it was becuase of that. i think its just purple paint.
then for a "power source" i grabbed a empty tank they used for the drive clean and welded a nut onto it, added a air compressor fitting and now have a portable tank of compressed air. here are some pictures of it.
yes the weld ain't pretty but it doesn't leak. i did this with one other tank and i have to weld it then braze it to get it to stop leaking. this one didn't leak at all. i did it with oxy- acetylene. also while i was welding i looked away for a second and blew a hole right threw it. so i had to patch it back up.

i would just keep getting new cans of aerosol but its like $18 a can. and that price was from 3 or 4 years ago. i guess this is one of the benefits of being cheap/smart.

Since yesterday i was working on project. Removed an old DVD-RW and changed the motherboard, now, the ASUS A8N32-SLI commanding...
On 5 1/4 space that old DVD-RW lets behing i am thinking to put an LCD, but, itŽs not definitive.
I decided to push the system to watch better the font reaction since i believe it is almost breaking his capacity limit barrier. So, i install aquamark3 and get this results:
The system remains stable but the font really warm a litlle bit.
Anyway, i thing the results was fine for my system, and, i want compare to others who have the same equipamet i have, to see the diference cooling down the system makes.
Really appreciate any help.

Yeah, they really seems better defined. With this new mobo will easy to organize all those wires.
Also, iŽll fabricate an 12V single wire to conect major pieces together. IŽve already bought two TECH FLEX cable sleeving kits (already with me) and a new font that maybe arrive here in two weeks, when iŽll start a real cable management.

It´s about 40.00 usd. The vacuum tube is vintage kind and will compose the front panel acessories, adding sound fuctionality to it.
This valve works as an attenuator and have lower power cosumition.
It will close the black-hole left behind by the old DVD-RW which is broked.

Mine works up 55psi. This reservoir iŽll give a continuous flux of air without the oscilations from pump.
Last time i used it the hose of pump do not supported the pression and blows, for this reason, tomorrow iŽll change the hose for another more resistent.
