I literally almost did it once.....accidently. I was sitting with a piece of sheet metal in my lap, cutting it with my dremel and the blade went right through my pants. To be more exact, right through the crotch of my pants. It must've been within an inch and I was oblivious to it.

Wow, I know the feeling. I was drilling out a piece of sheet metal that was clamped down on a drill press, the bit got bound up and it ripped the sheet metal out of the vice. The sheet metal gave me a cut on the leg. If I wouldn't have jumped when I heard the clamp give, good chance it wouldn't have been my leg that got cut. Wasn't a bad cut though, no stitches or anything. I had to change my pants for 2 reasons that day.
