Re: What does TBCS drive?
Bricktures. Mainly for Omega.
I love the car, but I hate the 20-year-old brittle plastics. (The last one, yes, that's the actual color of the plastic part. Fortunately that hasn't happened to the rest of the plastics... just missing [shattered] door pockets, and the console's cracked.)
Re: What does TBCS drive?
Your car has an analog clock? That is so pimp. My car didn't even have a readable clock until I installed my aftermarket stereo.
Re: What does TBCS drive?
I'd rather be driving this than my buick some days... :(
Re: What does TBCS drive?
Oh my god I want that car.

Believe me, once you have driven an all wheel drive you wont go back. Plus Subaru service is second to none.

My buddy got an imprezza and loves the thing as well. I might consider one when I look for a new car in a year or so but they look like they might be outa my price range.
Re: What does TBCS drive?
All these 240's are really making me miss my old one. Thing was such a tank and I loved it for it. I hated the nasty sappy pale yellow color (sat under a tree for years before I bought it), but right at the end of my ownership I realized if I used a bit of more powerful cleaner I could get all the colored crap, which was the sap, right off and just have it be fruity pale yellow lmfao.
Man I miss that thing.
Re: What does TBCS drive?
Same as before. Just a regular Ford F-150.
Broke the shift lever a few weeks ago, had to replace the shift tube. It was cracked, and broken in half. So Instead of paying $1200.00 to have it repaired I removed the shift tube and the shift indicator from a scrap F-150 at the junk yard. $15.00 Dollars, and 8 Hours later it was fixed, better than new. The tricky part was holding the spring load while attaching the 2nd collar. Got the dash pieced back together nice and professional with the assistance of duct tape and a 90° square.
Saving for my dream car. Cadillac CTS.

'54 Bel Air? God, that's gorgeous. Blue Flame still, I hope... Manual or Powerglide?
Yeah Luc, it's pretty badass. I'd offer to take out and send you the one from the parts car (the darker blue one with some mechanical problems and cubic meters of rust) but it hasn't worked for a while that I can remember, and I don't feel like playing Let's Find Out Why. Besides, can't be arsed to take off the dash unless I'm doing a full replacement (one crack as opposed to a few; might be worth it eventually).
