thanks a lot guys, took me a while to get the stain quite right as there was always bits of shiny copper poping up but overall very pleased with the result : ).
@Twigsoffury, the cpu was swaped for an unmodified exactly the same one in the end : )

just thought IŽd add that Fallout Cause SP won 1st price at the competition (casemod section)
Gratz! What did you win and what competition was this?
It was the Future Arena tournament, they go every year to the biggest 3 lan parties in Spain (7000-6000- and 2500 people each one) and run the modding tournaments which are sponsored by NOX, NZXT, Thermaltake and Gigabyte (some years also by Kingston). Asus & Logitech are also here but have nothing to do with the modding tournament.
The price was a selection of accesories and two cases by NOX & NZXT (Gigabyte and Thermaltake sponsor the Overclocking tournament), all in all, around 400€ of stuff for the first price.
Outstanding. Looks fantastic! Congrats on the Win!! Well deserved.
cheers : D
As promised, set 2 of the final pictures, the ones I consider the true final pictures. As youŽll notice thereŽs a fan on the cpu cooler, this is because I have just gotten back from the modding event and because it was on 24h for 6 days, I didnt feel comftable leaving it with no cooling whatsoever being on for such a long time.
Thank you everyone for reading and I can now trully say this project is completed, enjoy:
very nice finished photos. It's a good looking mod, especially for being done in one week.
IŽve just started my youtube channel, and with it, a finishing touch to this project, a video-worklog of it, hope you like it : )

Congrats man, I can definantly see why you won 1st place.
