Wow, that's all I can say is wow!
This build is going to be incredible!
I'm hoping the PSU's will arrive today so I can update this
I love it I am hoping to do something along the same lines as a future project keep it up awesome work.
Sick progress so far

Thank You!
My PSU's arrived
And I cut off the excess wires
Then I attached the first one and discovered a problem.
If I have one PSU for each system and bolt them all in to the frame, I will not be able to slide each of the motherboards into place. The PSU below will always be in the way of the motherboard above.
So, I will use one PSU and snake the motherboard connection through each level until I plug it in the system I need to run.
I guess I cut all those wires for nothing.
Man looking good. Shame about the PSU placement.
If you lift the KVM near the top - where it would be more accessible would you get the PSU's on a tray underneath?
If the computers are all being individually ran can you just use one PSU to run all 4? You would of course need to splice the ATX connection wires 4 ways and have a way of switching between each one, As they wont all be on together...or will they?
If they are, could you not just grab 2 750w PSU's to run 2 each, each would need an individual modified switching system though. Would cut the space and heat.
Anyway man, good job so far!
This project is looking sweet, and definitely practical. What are you going to do with all the wires you cut off? If you're going to toss them I can find a use for them.
