Re: First "starter" mobo
Yea, i just ordered a Rosewill case R218-P-BK just as a starter case and i have yet to find a PSU and i'm searching and researching for deals on the better PSU's, some like:

or

The last word in inexpensive PSUs. I run PCP&C unless a sponsor's paying.

I'm a pretty big fan of Seasonic, Sparkle and Corsair as well as power supplies being 80 Plus Certified. I'd go with this one, unless you need more power.

Use this to find out whether it'll be enough or not.

Stay away from Rosewill. They're about as generic and as cheap of a brand as you can get. Then again, people seem to like them alright. Maybe I'm just a quality control junkie. lol

Re: First "starter" mobo
Rosewill is a "pretty shiny" maker, not one known for high quality.
I stand behind PCP&C, but also have no issue with the ones you've posted.

That psu recommendation tool was very helpful! I thought i had to have around 500w, just to be on the safe side. haha.
