I use Ryobi because there so much cheaper Dewalts or really nice i tool i have used a ton on the cave is a impact driver man that thing has got me out of a lot of work lol .
dewalts are amazing tools, very high quality. but yes, you def. pay out the ass for them. :p ryobi are nice, I have been using my dads cordless porter & cable set lately, and I have to say the drill and the sawsall both work awesome.
I saw that Lowes started carring them i was wondering how the were .
If you dont have a lot of storage space like me this is the Werner version of the little giant ladders this thing is awesome http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?actio...-22&lpage=none
Its a little heavy but you can use both sides make a scaffold all kinds of stuff instead of having like 5 ladders i hate climbing those extension ladders the way they sway this on isn't as bad .
i really wish i had on of these when i was lugging around all that OSB and plywood and stuff

Wireing is what i mainley like but this will go a while i still have the TBCS logo to do paint the outside .
I have planned some mods for inside as well .
You can't grind with a weed whacker -ER that's debatable I suppose. Looks cool man, wish I had one =P
lol yeah i was wondering if anyone was gonna notice it plus rep to you for that one .
I could use it to distress a side panel though
I Wish this was a happier update i do hope to finish the man cave when i get a little money but sad to say my wife and mine friend ,companion Gus passed away a couple months ago
Dude, My heart goes out to you. I had to put down my best friend back in August. Saved her a lot of pain and broke my heart.
I can sympathize as well, we had to put our baby girl down the day i came back from new york after visiting my dad. it hurts for a long time.
Thanks what sucked is we had to keep hin on a running chain forever well he finally got where he would stay home .
So we would let him run and do his thing most of the day and put him up at night .
He didn't bother anybody or anything i came home one day and he had been swimming in the creek behind the house and it was pretty cold out .
He seemed fine .
It was awful because i thought he was just being lazy as usual when i threw the ball to play catch he didn't move oh that sucked at least my wife wasn't home at he time .
I don't know if the swimming did anything there is a guy down the road who drives 50 plus on a dirt road he has been responsible for more than on pets untimely demise around here .
I am afraid our house ca may have to be put to sleep too i hope not my wife bottle feed her . Till she was old enough hope she will be ok thanks again guys
Hello all if it ever quits raining here i hope t odo some work and ghave an update
OOOOOOOOO IT'S ALIVE!!! Yea!!!
This is the first time I've ever seen this thread and WOW! Love the man cave, great work! I've been through the whole build and it looks great, when are you going to bury it :D
Awesome!!!
Looking forward to some updates.
looking forward to it!!!
thanks guys its still raining oh well l will go play some nascar 2011
Well guys it has been a long ,long time since i have updated Man Cave 2.0 .
I just needs wiring and the floor covered with starting my lawn care service getting it going or trying to has taken a lot of my time i have saved enough to start the wiring think.
I will still use it for more or less what i intended.
I also have another project call it like a phoneix rising Man Cave 3.0 or Man Cave redux.
I guess to steal a saying "GO BIG OR GO Home"
Here Goes as usual all coments welcome
It has a hardwood floor that im glad off needs a little work on floor and doors but hope to do basically same to it as small building hope to have some actual
work photos soon Thanks in advance guys .
Nice trailer, what are your specific plans for it?
its going to be a modding/woodworkin/whatever shop a lot will be done in the small buildin as well
hey guys need an opinion i am stuck now that i have two buildings i can either run off the breaker box on the house.
I can run wire underground to buildings i seriously doubt either will ever pull more than 50 amps at any given time . also i can run basically a mobile home 200 amp pole to one building then pull both building off that hand it will costs $15 a moth if you never use it .
I think it would be better that way instead of trying to run off house .
what do you guys think thanks again still going to finish little building hopefully start after Christmas may even do a tile floor it will be fore office/man cave/ gaming /finish modding /building may give it a facelift on the walls as well
I would run the separate service for them just for the piece of mind. Electrical safety shouldn't be taken lightly. The shop I share with my dad has 30 amp service to it and I don't have anything that draws more than 15 amps and still occasionally trip the breaker.
^^^^^i agree.
Also agree!
Same here, go with the extra service.
Thanks guys all reped hope ti have real update from one building or other in week or so .
I have to decided to do big building diffrent
Keep us posted dude!
^^^ Yeah keep us posted!
Sorry guys I may have a sort of update in the future lol starting that lawn care bbussiness wife's back surgery and just life messing with everything hope to be around here a lot more soon .
Great to hear! This was an awesome project to follow.
:stupid: What he said. Life definitely gets in the way sometimes.
Yeah things have been crazy around here I worked on the big building day .
Try to take a few pic upload them but been a while .
Try to do maintenance on my equipment then be wide open on the yards hope so anyway lol
