well the fiberglas stuff wasnt it so i ripped it apart and throwed it in the bin :dead::dead:
but i was able to get some foam out of the can ^__^
i have no idea what this is called and im to lazy to look it up right now, so may some1 be so kind and tell me? its like a preview or sumething

Could you post some more details on the "crystal" making? Like how you made it look like that.. I can see your stuffing something in, but maybe a lil more detail.. ;)

ok ill give a try :)... so this stuff i put in there is.. cotton :D inside is a 10 cm ccfl color blue xD i wrapped it in clear wrapping paper and violate it with a normal hair dryer ;) somewhere on the foil i made some drips of black paint. yeah thats all i think.. you can see how i made the rock in the video eh?^^

So, you have the ccfl in the middle. I get that :) The cotton diffuses the light.. ok.. rock fabrication is ok :) (I have some foam too, but beats me if I know what to use it.. maybe today I'll try something.. You inspired me ;))
One thing tho:
this is surely wrong in English ;) (the violated part) You mean you heated the wrapping paper.. is it plastic based so it melted? Is it the kind of wrap that comes with flowers?Quote:

well the monolith lokked weird so high with not everythin glowing so i decided to drop it down a bit

Dude, your attention to detail is pretty damn admirable. The crumbling reinforced concrete wall puts it over the top dude. I can't wait to see this when its done.
My next mod is def going to have to be based on a theme, you make my simple case idea seem too boring now. Thats a good thing...I just love this case you are making.
