Those pre made corners would bake things really handy, and they look good. The structure as a whole looks great. Awesome shop, you are very lucky to have access to that.

Just got a mail from my iron monger, some of the aluminium will arrive tomorrow afternoon, expect a update soon folks =) should also get 4x 360 radiators along with the alu...
Have to figure out how many loops that will be needed when considering the practical aspect
Current plans for watercooling would be :
2x 4870x2
1x 4870 - 1GB
8x DDR3 OCZ FlexX
4x DDR2 OCZ FlexX
3x CPU's
3x chipset's, not sure about this one yet though, but stuff tends to get hot without any fan's mounted to the CPU =)
unknown amount of and reservoirs , pumps will be needed aswell
You have got a lot to watercool lol. For the chipsets you could W/C the NB, or whack a Thermalright cooler on them ;).
