Nope. This is my first. It's sooooo weird having internet on my phone!!
WNR2000V2. $3.
YOU tell me what I loaded on5o it
I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima. First new car I have ever owned. My old car wasn't completely dead either. I kind of felt foolish for not trying to get another 100,000 miles out of the old Pontiac, but it's probably better that I upgraded.
Also got an ASUS MeMO Pad Smart 10. I was going to get a Nexus 7, but the wife said that that she and my daughter would rather have a larger screen. My child only uses it for games and the wife hardly touches it. I like the way it works for surfing the internet anywhere in the house.
The 10 inch Asus has an SD slot to expand the storage. Also got a micro HDMI to watch it on the TV. "Hungry Shark Evolution" looks pretty cool on an HDTV.
I've been putting off upgrading my main PC waiting for Haswell. Now that it's out, I might wait some more. It's hard to get something new when the old Core 2 Quad is doing just about everything you want it to do. There are some VM's that I can't run because the CPU doesn't have VT-X extensions.
I picked up one of these on sale...
Did I forget to mention that I got a new digitizer for my Thrive? $55.
Got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 last weekend at Costco. I think it's a lot more powerful than my wife's netbook. She's a bit jealous, but I'll be building her a better rig as soon as I get my hands on a case for it.
You know .. after about the first ten minutes with it.. I would have taken you up on that! It took me a bit to get used to it. I have had my trusty old Microsoft Media Keyboard so long, that the layout and dimensions of the G710 is just enough different that I end up getting my home keys off by by a key.
I played a little Battlefield 3 and it will definitely take some getting used to. It seems like the the keystroke distance is longer then the most of the keyboards I have used before. I figure some of that is just a matter of it breaking in a little bit.
That was kinda a joke, but if you decide you don't want it I'll keep this as an actual standing offer.
Replaced my GTX 690 with:
*drools*
Just had to one up me. :P
I got myself a new phone, The Nexus 4
Also finally got my shotgun, Mp9 and a Sig
I always seem to dead thread revive...Sorry
But I wanna share my newest purchase's of:
Teratrend TS432U
which I bought two WD 4Tb Greens for, more planned in future,
And my main source of joy right now my PrintRBot Simple
I want a 3d printer oh so bad... i am hoping one of my more financially endowed friends buys one and gets bored..
I bought a RPi awhile back, did a few of the getting started tutorials from adafruit... now it just sits as a torrent box on my desk at work. Really has a lot of potentional but I run into so many conflicts with repo's and what is and isnt arm compatible. Oh its also a minecraft server some days.
I picked up a Creative X-fi ElitePro audio card for FREE!
its paired with my Azuentec Forte now... for triple audio card awesomness!!
glutton... lol
It's really fun and I have used it a fair bit to make some intricate things, here's a timelapse of it printing I made if anyone is interested.

I broke down in a moment of weakness and bought the Corsair K70 mechanical keyboard. My first one and I love it! It's heavy and sleek and beautiful and feels like a new lover.
I've already ordered dampening o-rings and am considering different springs and keycaps. It only came with red LEDs but I've realized that I could de-solder those and install whatever color I want.....
Something is wrong with me.
Yea Im actually printing a monitor stand for Pcclan that he designed right this moment, I print at a layer height of 0.2mm if that answers your question
A chainsaw with wheels??
Just got these for my birthday to replace my aging Makita drill:
Ooo, It's been bored and stroked with a new head, piston and arm to a 72cc (from a 49cc) so it's actually quite quick for its size since it happens that's a shared bottom end for a lot of old honda small engines (^__^)
I suppose it would make a neat work log for the "other mods" section =)
[edit]
How much was teh set if you know? (Happy B-day)
My latest purchase!
An ASUS P4C800-E/Deluxe Socket-478 mobo, with 4x1GB DDR400 CL3, 3.2GHz/800MHz Prescott, and ATI Radeon 3850 AGP ... woot, lol $20 well spent on craigslist
Evil microcode butchery and experimentation may now commence, mwoohahahaaa!
Although I'm sorta wanting a P4 Extreme CPU of some sort, maybe even one of those ridiculous new overkill DX10 AGP cards ... still, I've always believed it's best not to spend real money upgrading old tech to old tech.
My last purchases was wood... and made this:
Just need to get some more stuff to complete my workbench. Like rubber matting, a little hutch for some of the tools, and more storage space.
got my i7 4790k cpu in the mail last week and picked up a 20th anniversary Pentium g3258 to mess around with overclocking and delidding practice. so far i've got the 4790k up to 5.2ghz @ 1.4vcore using a bucket of ice for cooling and the g3258 up to 5ghz @ 1.8vcore with the same bucket of ice.
i have the 4790k running at 4.8ghz for my 24/7 oc, just gotta run more tests for stability.
Moved into a new rental townhouse last month and started looking for a BBQ since I wasn't allowed one on the balcony of the previous apartment. After not finding anything compelling at the big box or appliance stores in my price range, I checked Kijiji and found a guy selling a Vermont Castings 5-burner Signature Series. Had to rent a 14' Uhaul to get a ramp so that I could get it home but now I'm thrilled to grill again!
Nice. Hope you have some good BBQ soon.
lol does that grill have a work light?
That just might be the manliest man of man king grills I've ever seen... ever, Hank Hill would be proud of you.
