never played TF2, but i'm willing to give it a try. used to play a lot of UT2K a few years back... well, many years back... so i'm not a total newb to FPS.
anyone ever schedule events? anyone running a server? where does the group normally play?
I'm already a member of STEAM, although I DO NOT play online games. How do I join you guys to boost your membership, but still not play

Im not completely sure, i think the computer side of things is pretty simple, but you need a decent net connection or having more then a couple of people on the server will result in it being unplayable.Quote:

If you have fiber for your net you're probably ok, or fast cable or DSL. There's no way you can run one on dial-up, though.
