well i started cutting holes today using the bonnet of my HQ statesman as my workbench (with carpet padding)

scored the m\b frame from one of my old rigs...it pays to hoard!!
just had to 'tweak' it a bit with the 40 oz ball pein hammer

some holes for the psu and some hacked out power supply plugs and a good zap later

power and hdd led's were off another project

more psu cooling mmmmmm 120mm

is niice

couldn't resist a bit of biohazard

looks good4 now i have a feeling that they both are going to need better brackets or screws

i borrowed some 40mm fans from the missus laptop cooler 'hehe'

mmmmmmmmmm HD audio front panel goodness

aaaahh i found some time to post some more goodies

i had to remove the hdd @ the top of pic as it hit the zalman cpu cooler which i modified ,the 3mm blue led's were de-solderd and replaced with ones that change color from red to green to blue and then all the inbetweens.

my mobo shat its self about 2 weeks before the build ...i gave it a go to no avail and thought it might be the psu .....so basicly @ the moment i have a smaller psu(modified)and a cheap board to handle the amd athlon 5600 and the kingston hyper-x i already have . so i got an asus m2n68-am which is proving to be awsome value for money @ $68 (umart) its piss poor i know but it does what i need til i save some more coin

Is that really a Snap-on case, or did you just put Snap-on stickers on it?

nah only stickers ....dont know if i would of attacked it if it was snap-on..
gunna try and mount a 19 or maby a 20 inch my 22 overhangs by about 35mm plans to upgrade everything(m/b, ram, cpu) unsure as to what yet ...
