Only thing I can think off of hand would be a heater core from a small car or truck. It would take some research to find one the right size but a smaller import might fit your needs.
this is as small as your going to get without going custom, or finding a smaller rad meant for something else.
Dual 80mm rad.
there was one company that had 40mm rads, but i can't seem to find them.
Well, there is the 1x 80mm rad, which is a bit smaller than the 2x80..not sure if that would adequately cool a 360 though.
After a bit of research, it looks like Magicool used to make a 2x40mm rad, but I can't find anywhere online that sells them. Looks like Performance-PCs used to, but no more. For what it's worth, it still would have been too long for your spec. ;)
hmm... ill have to figure out an alternate placement for everything... My roommate wants to watercool because he dosnt have airconditioning at home and his 360 overheated last summer and rrod (under warranty) but the warranty is about to expire... so he wants to watercool and install a xoxide window case.... ive trained him well... lol
if he has the cash, what about this :)

then you can mount a 120 off the back or something to that effect.
he wants it to retain the original form... i can understand... googling "watercooled xbox 360 internal" brings up drool worthy images.
I wanted to use that 2x40mm for a NES watercooled build. I think magicool might still make them or have them if you want to email them directly.
Does he care about ..holes.. in the original form? Any reason you couldn't with a larger rad like this guy did? (If that's a dumb question, I admit beforehand that I know practically nothing about the internals of 360's. :P )
yea... this is the block we were going to use, it might be... troublesome...

but the bigger radiator was plan b... we need to find one that will be thin enough and have the ports either pointing at the block and use an SLI fitting, or pointing straight out... lol... this is going to take alot of planning...
