I think I'm pretty qualified for the banners but I definitely do not have the eye for web design :o/

Anyone interested in giving this a shot, surf the forums and find a worklog that you like (and has not already been posted on the front page). Create a custom graphic 600*100px displaying your abilities. I will def. give preference to someone who can do both web design and graphic but will consider any applications.

Wait, by web design do you mean like the actual graphics or the HTML coding? If its the photoshop end i could probably give it a shot.
well, I'd like you to have some coding experience. It would be a huge help to have someone to help out with that but I am looking for the best candidate, not the perfect candidate.
We still need some artists for graphics to be posted on the front page as well as custom worklog banners. The web design part may not be needed after all so if you are interested let me know.
I got my first copy of photoshop when i was 13. Made my first website when i was 14. Taught myself HTML, DHTML, XHTML and PHP in high school. Then went to a graphic design school for two years.
My question to you is: What kind of coding are you looking for and how many hours a week of work? I work a 40 hour job for a sign shop and 10-15 hours a week on freelance work. And on top of that trying to learn this whole modding thing(me and power tools are not friends). If its not a whole lot of work i have no problem helping out when needed. I'll find a work log when i get home to make a banner for it.

i use Gimp, and I'm about to start a multimedia and animation course :-D I'll try to get something together and shoot it at your e-mail. maybe I can finally be of use to the forums here :-P
