LED's!!!! (thank you Spawn-Inc)

Ok.. most of you know that I'm obsessed with LED's. I can't get enough. Well, LS diodes shut their shop down, and that pretty much ruined my day. They had the best prices, cheapest shipping, and freebies! Well, Spawn-Inc made a post about the guys over at http://www.ledshoppe.com/ in another thread, so I thought I would check them out. All I can say is

haha, thanks TBCS! i was looking through the forums and i just as i clicked on a thread i saw the add at the top for them so i clicked them and sure enough they had some pretty wicked prices, plus you get free stuff if you sign up with the newsletter!

Free stuff too!? Looks like these guys are stepping up for the greater good of geeks everywhere.

Hey anyone get any of the led's ls diods was giving out? I tried to get some but nothing yet in the mail. OOH total rep on this place.. awsome deals , I still would like a place to pick up the SMD not made into a light strip.

armadilloben managed to get 10 blue led's from them.

I've got some coming from LS Diodes, and I know Drumthumper does too. I'm thinking about actually spending $7.00 on myself for my birthday and ordering some blue LED's from these guys.

good timing to show me this rick, im startin a project myself and need some blues....and i have greens comin from lsdiodes :dead:

I haven't checked the mail yet today, but I'm sure they'll be here real soon. I sent a PM @ lsdiodes to meatball (the site admin) regarding when they were estimating shipping. Poor Ann (the gal you sent your info to if you were one of the lucky 200 or so that signed up at their forums) was doing all the labeling, and possibly all the packaging.

What I'm curious about is shipping times from this new led company. A whois shows that the company itself is located in Hong Kong. So any information regarding this would be great guys (and gals)!

I saw their phone number somewhere on their site. They are in Minnesota.

I just received my chunk of LEDs for LS diods. had my wife sign up too and got some sent to her parents hehe. So i have 20 greens for my next build.

Well its good to see someone's getting their LEDs finally. I'm still waiting, as is Rick.

And the odd thing is that they are two measly states away from me; when I ordered from them last summer I received my order in less than a week.
