Seriously though, I'm not sure. There are a few places that have been on Ghost Hunters International that I would like to visit though.

To this day, truth be told I have been in some bad neighborhoods from parts of East L.A., to Harlem, to East St. Louis, Texarkana, and some industrialized regions of China. Nothing so far has given me more goosebumps than North Philadelphia. YIKES! Sad to say, that place looked like hell on earth.

The scariest place would have to be anywhere where you are the minority to an extreme. As in outside of a bar where the only other person the same race as you is in a fight with at lest 6 of the majority and there are more than 20 watching. At least if you're talking that kind of scary.
