We don't seem to have one of these So I figured I'd make one.
First off I bought the R.A.T 9
Then I also bought 4Gb DDR3 for my new 10" netbook
What about you guy's?

I've made no purchases (except for the odd steam game) recently. However I'm planning to buy some stuff from sparkfun after the 15th of Feb (depending on my bank balance) so I can grab some items for my project including some long distance (1mi/1.6km) Xbee wireless serial links, a GPS module (this is in doubt) and maybe some other things to experiment with again depending on my bank balance.
Last week:
XFX HD 6870 1gb
Patriot 2x4GB DDR3-2000
These upgrades didn't fix my desktop issues. As it turned out, the PCIe slots/bus is/are dead. Instead of trying to find a decent 775 replacement, I upgraded my 3-4yo system...
Earlier today:
ASUS Crosshair IV Formula
OEM AMD 1090T Black
Thermaltake Frio
Kingston SSDNow V+100 SVP100S2/64G
OEM 64bit Win7 Home for TRIM support
I'm hoping to get it Monday...but Tuesday is more likely. I'm concentrating as hard as I can in an effort to will it to come Monday though.:devcool: <--This guy also now owns my soul.
Now I'm just waiting on AC: Brotherhood, Crysis 2, Red Faction: Armageddon, Battlefield 3, Mechwarrior, Thief 4, and Skyrim in addition to half a dozen smaller games...
PC Stuff? Nothing recently. I am saving up for an i7 build though.
My latest purchases have all been for my kitchen. All of it.
:D
I know what you mean...my most recent 'purchase' was the oil company unexpectedly delivering $500 worth of heating oil two weeks ago.. Knocked out my savings for at least a month. :dead: ..on that note, off to home to build a wooden box to go over my filler port. -_^
me too, the people who rip out the old tanks forget to remove the filler pipes and you get a basement full of oil :)
was told it happens at least once a year.
as for my new purchase(s) my last was the glock 17 and the newest hopefully next week will be a Hornady Lock-N-Load AP reloading press + accessories for reloading 9mm. bad part is the $1000 bill, but the sooner i get it the sooner i have cheaper ammo.
Heh, yup. 550 gallon tank sitting in my basement. Unfortunately it was only about 1/4 full when I bought the place. They say that the first time they had a driver deliver oil to me they inspected the tank and found that it was a 270 gallon..which is interesting...because the tank is in my basement...which is locked... :P
Good news, though, is that I got an unexpected extra $70 on my paycheck this week...so now I have $75 to last the next 2 weeks.. :D
lots of drinks... and good food tonight. God it is fun not working nights anymore! :)
Latest PC purchase was my Cooler Master Sentinel. Latest gadget purchase was a PILA IBCT charger for my work light.
PS: Spawn you can get 5000 rounds of 9mm for that price! Unless you're at the range every week for hours on end, it'll take years to break even.
Yesterday: Targus Charger tip #9 $5.
Tomorrow: Display Cable for iMaack $11.
OK, well, I had just put this in my reservoir thread... But wth. It seems appropriate, with it being a new purchase and all :D
A gas/gasless MIG welder! 110VAC, it will weld lighter steels, stainless steel, and aluminums. Can be used with Argon, CO2, and combinations of the 2.
since i've owned the glock i've put 1500 rounds down the barrel in 4 trips and have another 600 waiting to be used. i expect to put at least 10k a year. as well i can also buy some die's and a shell plate and i can start making what ever other calibre i want. (eg. 40 and 45 once i get the guns to go with it).
and unfortunately the cheapest ammo i have seen here was $13 a box + tax and i need to buy the case. so 4000 rounds for 1100.
Perhaps you could start offering a service to help pay it off?
Which is why I still shoot .22 rimfire.
Last purchase for me was buying Luthien dinner last night. While I sat in the ER.
(Don't worry, I'll be fine. For once.)
A case of Sanbitter, I read a review saying it was the worst thing the guy had ever drank so I thought I'd use it to torture Pcclan
Heheheh, you want something really nasty, get someCocaine"Unlabelled"nope, apparently we can call it Cocaine again (the energy drink, not the psychoactive drug). Stuff is nasty...potent though...and it has the dubious distinction of being one of the few substances I have ingested that hurt just as much coming out (the proper outlet) as it did going in. :P
I have a case of that above me. Me and pcclan really like it
My latest purchase was an Acer G235hAbd 23" Widescreen LCD Monitor to replace my parents' 19" CRT. It was a belated part of my Christmas gift to them, which was to build them a new PC. Their old system is a Pentium D 915 setup running XP which the motherboard has failed on. Rather than to attempt to resurrect it (though I may in the future), I started fresh. Their new system has a Phenom II X4 920, 4GB RAM, a 1TB Hard Drive & Windows 7. (Maybe a bit overkill for their e-mail & web browsing needs...nah!:D) Long story short, my parents have a sweet new machine & monitor.
lol. It's interesting stuff, really. It actually tastes pretty good, but don't drink it on an empty stomach....or by itself. It burns the lining of your throat...and everything else. It was really weird, I could actually consciously feel it the entire way through my system...all the way through.
I just bought these two airsoft rifles today

Reloading is ultimately cheaper, more accurate, and definitely a worthwhile hobby. If I remember correctly reloaded 9mm by the 50 is somewhere in the sub 10 dollar range where as buying it at the local store for me was somewhere in the >20 dollar range.. also you can slug your barrel or measure it to get an accurate read on your barrel to produce a casting that is matched to your gun. Just my two cents but reloading is the way to go, I hope to throw in some extra dough on the mortgage to get a dillon 550b
sounds about right, the cheapest retail ammo i can get currently is about $15 for 50 (though i need to buy a case/1000 rounds at a time) rounds after tax vs about 10 after tax homemade. and that was including buying once fired brass. i picked up all my cases from the last 1500 rounds i used so i'm already set from that point.
Picked up three waterblocks (2xCPU and 1xfullcover GPU) for 60 bucks brand new.
No hints as to what I'm doing.
I bought a new 27 inch Asus LED monitor
Who says I ripped people off? These were retail.
