Brings me to an interesting point: My Plan for America [Should I Become President]

Everyone over 18 gets a handgun and get training on how to use and maintain it properly.
Nothing huge, not talking a desert eagle .50 here, maybe a small .38 or something. Anyhow, when you are forced into interacting with someone who's parents should have become extinct long ago (think: the lady who sues McDonalds after *she* spilled a coffee *surprise, its hot!* on *HERSELF*) you are allowed to shoot them on the spot. If you can prove in court that the world is better off sans that person, you're basically off the hook.

Now I realise this seems pretty messed up and it will most likely cause a mass wave of killings in the short term. But after a generation or so, all these types of people and all their possible progeny will be removed from the face of the earth.

That idea or a VoteCastration. Sort of like a votekick, or a voteban, only you get castrated (under proper medical conditions and all that, with proper aftercare and everything FREE!!). Solves "The Idiot Problem" and helps slow down our light speed hurdle towards fatal overpopulation.
