Last night upgraded from the worst SSD known to man that was in my Asus Zenbook UX31E (Sandisk 256GB SDSA5JK-256G SSD with a proprietary connector) to a 500GB Samsung 850 EVO M.2 SSD with an adapter on ebay.
To say it feels like a new laptop is a understatement, just happy it doesn't freeze randomly when anything tries to write to the SSD.
