heres the other update
i started painting it black
here it is a couple of hours later after a few touch ups, don't worry about the darker parts thets where i touched up and it wasnt dry yet gamecube log came out nicely...wish i could say the same about the ati logo
now to let it sit and dry for a day or two, also i was able to salvage the power switch which i hope to use
that is all for now until i order my parts

Just an idea, but you should try and re use the controller ports as custom usb ports. And then make the ones for your keyboard and mouse for this machine the same way. That would be really cool in my opinion.

thanks, before i can do any work to the cube its self i need above all a dremel of course and a few other supplies,but i should be able to get some work done soon

I would put all of the ports on the bottom, where the expansion ports were, except for 2; maybe DVI or vga, or you could wire up the motherboard to the existing ports.

sorry for long wait just having finacial issues, i finally got round to smoothing out the insides
