Fix Steel Headphones 5H Version1
When I plug my headphones I get no sound, though if I move the wire around every now and then I can get sound out of it. I am pretty sure the wiring is loose inside and I could probably fix it. The problem is that I can figure out of to get into them without ripping them apart.
I cant find any screws past the circle point to take it apart. Anyone have any ideas?

The screws are under the cushions if i recall correctly....

Strip off the shield or coating from the wire, find the problem repair it with a soldering iron/solder combo :D
. .and electrical tape. Then shrinkwrap the wire.
You can view a shrink wrapping tutorial in the TipS Tricks an Tutorials section.

That sucks if its under the cushion, since im more than likely tear it... guess ill screw with it to try to get the cushion off the easiest way.

It may just be attached on one side.
Try. . Turning the cup.

See if there is a teardown for your model on fixit.com. Always worth looking up that site when you are picking up a screwdriver with the intent of a lot of left twisting. Also YouTube can be a wealth of information for things like this. I referred to YouTube to change the headlights in my car since the manufacturer made it require some specialist information.
