Can you do a face tracking program?

I need someone that can hook me up to build a face tracking program for a mod that I'm working on.

I looked on youtube and it seems everyone uses Open Source CV - Python - etc.

I am clueless when it comes to this stuff. I want it to work off of my webcam so that when it sees someones face or multiple faces that it will draw a box around the faces at any distance (within reason).

Camera software in Android does that automatically on the fly. I wonder if there's some repository around that you can grab that from? But I'm no programmer either. Maybe see if there's something on Instructables that uses that type of stuff?
