I understand it's a pain, but Dave's a mod and he clearly laid down the rules. 800x600 would crap up the page, no matter how good of photos they are.

I'll let you off this time ;)
But where possible I really want the pics to be 640*480.
Thanks for the positive feedback, can't wait to see what you guys contribute.

Scotty, my girlfriend came up with a nice idea for that tree photo-imagine having a matt black case with a tree cut out in the side, a motherboard cover, and a strong light behind it...clear plexi...can you imagine it?
She says the photo's beautiful, and i agree. Nice one!
Oh, and the bottom 2 photos were taken in Berwick upon tweed. The top were taken at Oatridge Agracultural college in Eccleshmechan. (You will not believe how often we've argued about the pronounciation of that word!)
Oh, and as i said, all the photos have been shrunk with Microsoft Picture editor bar the last 2, which were taken in very high winds and have a lot of 'natural noise' i.e. sand particles, water particles, etc. If you're interested in the full sized pics drop me and e-mail either at the best case scenario or at my google mail address.
Thanks for the feedback guys.

Here are some of mine.
I'll post some more later
Cheers dave, yeah sounds like a cool, idea...
Slacker like the one with the lights going into the distance, and the dog looks drunk.
Sweet topic. Everyones had awesome photos so far. I'm going to have to try and find some of my favorites, I think my dad has them on his laptop. Heres just a few I found on mine.
Slacker, I forgot you are from NYC. Those are some cool pics. I especially like the chairs. I may be moving to NYC after I do EMT training. My gf lives about an hour north of NYC so I figure it would be close to her. I'll have to try and get in touch and have a meetup when I go up there next.
Sure, let me know when you are in town. I have a lot of macros, let me know if u wonna see themQuote:
