is that a broken fin i see in the front fascia or just my eyes not working right from reading all 14 pages of this log for the past 5 hours...having complained about the length let now bow to your absolute skill patience and commitment to perfect every minute detail you sir have my respect +rep and def subbed
One of the fins did in fact break, the router caused some vibration which shook a fin into the cutting path. No worries though, I've already made some design adjustments to negate the error.

This build makes me want to start sneaking out copper from work haha. I wish we had blocks of the stuff but all we have is wire and bars :(
