I had a previous Idea, which was a bit whacky to begin with, but here's another nice whacky idea...
Basically i have this idea to build a computer case which will act as your water-cooled system's...
If there ever is a problem, you could just take .jpg snapshots and use those...i've done it before...(adding comments with mspaint, lol)
sweet!...lol.....i am in the lead! lmfao.....(i think...)
I concur
LOL...I think that was my final entry....I'm much more of a technical person...I solve problems...design and art was never EVER one of my strong points....thanks for letting me know where to email...
http://img651.imageshack.us/img651/4799/76318329.jpg Feel free to ask me anything about the pic, for further explanation....i know, my drawing skills suck major "bonage".
Well, I don't have any drawings of it, nor would I actually change much on this case...But here goes my entry, at least...pretty short-thought, but I like it like that..
#1..."patch" the side...
2 80gb hard drives, one for OS and one for cr*pola....one external 120gb maxtor one-touch

I've taken apart a few of them....some are better than others...but personally, I would replace them all with copper fins and none of that aluminum crap....I live in tropical Belize...these things...
I hope i could figure this out sometime....for now i'm just creating cylinders and simply angling them to where I think they should go...tedious...very tedious
Ok, got a pic here of "so far" progress....turns out that if you "drag-copy" an item moving very slowly and straight, it will most likely stay on the same axis..but it isn't bullet-proof. Here's your...
Ok...so dragging them very slowly in a very straight line keeps them on the same axis...got another pic of "so far" progress, show some of the heat pipes...
Edit: Sorry for...
Yeah, I've tried this method a few times, but it usually wants to snap to any object or surface that's directly in the sight of the mouse... I'll do some googling and figure it out.
If you...
So question to anyone out there that uses Sketchup, is there any way to, say, copy one item in one specific direction (axis) to a specific distance without it snapping to any object or shifting on...
The HS would without a doubt need to be custom-manufactured...If I had the patience and the material, I would make it myself...but wow, will it be an intricate one...
Ok a small update here...I pretty much got the layout the way I wanted (I believe that there is beauty in simplicity) but the HS is going to be a major pain in the rear....this is the first time I'm...
Well the HS would have to be custom-manufactured...the case would not be a standing case, but would be designed to lie flat....there would be about 5 fans in the front and an equal amount in the...
I have an idea for a case (built from scratch) that will lie flat and be cooled only by air. It should have so much air passing through it that it would be able to do some really good o/c'ing. Just...
*drools* holy flipping land-fish, batman!
i wish i had a credit card:hurt: and a company that ships to Belize:dead:...that V10 would SO be mine!
Hi all, I've always been interested in case design/modding, and now I finally have a site where I can look at people's ideas to get my creative juices flowing (I'm sure it's just the creative...
