    All radiator screw holes are right above the tubes in which water flows so screwing too far will puncture the tube. I did so with my first swiftech radiator and I was able to get a new one for free...

    From what I've heard, I should sand the inside with fine gritt, put two coats of primer then the spray. Am I right in assuming this?

    Orbital Jigsaw and Dremel set comes today...pretty excite about that.

    Still need to figure out what paint I can use that will coat the inside black but make it so that it's non reflective.

    It requires a starting point, drill hole works fine. If it works how its supposed to, a rather small drill hole would be ok, as the fitting that you cut with is pretty tiny.
