I mean 15 WATT laser not 15mw.

he said its probably illegal to use such a powerful laser in the sky lol!

Actually it does both

its got a switch for off/on

and a relay hooked to a photo voltaic sensor that's pointed at one of the CCFL's inside the case.

Then at least to me I can't really justify spending that extra amount on a intel i7 series, when I could scoop up a cheaper AMD and spend the money on a better power supply or get the next series up...
