i had just got some ram i had to send it back

the ram that i had in my pc was ddr 400 1gb corsair value select@225mhz dual channel (2x512)

i had purchesed ddr 400 1gb geil value ram dual...

mrslacker most people would rather just get rounded cables then go thru the hassle of doing what you said but it if it works for you then good job

also get sata drives the cables are alot smaller

well what you can do is take out all ov your hard drive bays(mine are removable)

then you can stuff all the wires behind them(zip tie them ofcorce) or you can take off the mobo tray(if you can)...

get the asus a8n-sli delux if you the best but the plain a8n-sli is very good too

they are the same mobo xcept the delux has 4 more sata ports and it has a pipe cooler on the chipset but...
