The custom-built performance motorcycle, named Die Moto, was designed
and fabricated at The Crucible, an innovative industrial arts education facility
in Oakland, California.
The motorcycle has already reached speeds in
excess of 130 mph running on pure biodiesel fuels. In September 2007,
The Crucible team plans to shatter the diesel motorcycle land speed world
record, currently 105 mph, at the renowned Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.
Running on biodiesel, the bike emits 78 percent less net CO2 compared with a standard diesel engine.
. .Preddy nice for a Environmentally Friendly Bike Eh?
Reminds me of the movie "The World Fastest Indian".
