    The only reason it moves slightly at the end of the gear travel is because the aluminum base the servo sits on is flexing slightly because of the tremendous force put on it. It doesnt effect the doors at all.

    Here is a shot showing the case mocked up thus far--Just a bit of scratchbuilding, wiring, watercooling, lighting and hardware installation left to do--and of course--some airbrushing and hand painting

    Every time I see am update on this I do have to say WOW, The Detail of the craftmanship is great and it looks great.

    Hello Crimson,

    I've been a lurker here for quite a while and this mod completely blows me away. I had a small suggestion regarding the LED for the airlock doors. It goes red when the doors are completely open and green (blue?) as they start to close. If it is possible to take it to the next level of detail, can you make it such that it goes red as soon as the doors start to open, and green when they are completely closed. I imagine that would be how a status/warning light on a sealed door would behave.
