    Alright guys, small update.

I did some work on the mobo tray. Instead of painting it black like the interior will be, I decided to paint it blue. Just to stand out a little more.

    Here's my airbrush booth .

    Primed...

Blue. Don't worry about the streaky, crappy paint job. It looks good where it matters (the handles and such). The middle area didn't even need to be painted because it will be covered by the mobo anyways, I just wanted to make sure that I painted enough that it will look ok with the mobo on.

Today, I have the day off, so I'll be working on the pump mount again (attaching it to the case), and possibly a cover for it. I'll also be thinking about which GPU block I'm getting, and maybe a few more odds and ends. I need to work more on lighting and such, but we'll see what I have time for today.

    Cheers.
    RIP Bucko

That blue paint looks cool. Will you leave the rest of the case silver or paint it blue to match.

    Thanks man .

I've actually been working on this a little, and in a little bit I'm going to cut some more plexi for the res. Then, I'll polish it up, epoxy it all together, and post an update. It won't be a TO res or a brinkz0r res (if you haven't seen his thread here, check it out!), but I'm adding a little something inside just to make it a little more interesting.

    Until then,
    Happy modding.

damn fine job on a Shark! I Have one of these and it was almost pulled into service as the basis of Deuce. PUt it back after thinking about it. I love the case, and the aluminium is likely *so* much easier to cut than SECC steel.

Loving what you have already done, and your use of accent lighting! nice work!

Keep up the great work! +rep 4 you!

Thanks man! Deuce is looking REALLY nice.

And yes, the aluminum is SOOO much easier to cut than steel.

Ok guys, so I have 1 more big piece to cut for the res, then drilling some holes for the fittings, and my little surprise. Like I said, it won't be much, but it should hopefully work out and look cool in use. Till later tonight...

Alright guys, here's a small update. I say small, because the amount of time cutting plexi takes only let me do so much.

    Anyways...

Some old stuff. Remember the modular 3.5" pump mount? Well, I never actually finished it. This might not be "finished" yet, but the mounting is.

This just shows what I did. Drilled some holes, put in some screws and nuts.

Cut out another of these side panels. This one is marked for fittings.

That's really all I did, except I cut out the back panel too for the res. You can guess what I'm doing when I get home from school!

But wait! There's more! I forgot about the little preview I have for the surprise!

    Happy modding.
