Going to take the Xacto knive to the excess hotglue and touch it up a bit later.
. .and More than likely put the trim back around the edges.

Small Update. . Making some caps for the pvc on top.

I figure all I'll have to do is cut the bottom out and trim some 80mm fans to fit inside.

I think I'm just going to put some fans up there and be done with this one.

I'm going to attempt to cut out the insides of the gray pieces on top minus the cross sections. . and glue a fan in there.

Got some done on the top.

Now, All i have left to do is put some fans in there
. .Bolt it back on top, and I will be done.

I've done some calculations, and found 92mm Fans will fit inside the PVC Pipes on top
I will remove them from the frame and attach them inside the pipe.
Install multicolor Led Laser Lights to the case window, and add a Case handle.

I still need to push the grills all the way down to the lip there
. .was afraid I'd scratch the paint off. I'll probably just repaint them anyway.

Later on. . I will install the fans into the pipe, sand and repaint the top,
. .and Install the multicolor led lights on the case window.
